Successful candidates must be 18 years of age or older (21 years of age or older to work in Agape's Children's Foster Treatment Home). Employees are required to pass a pre-employment physical, TB Skin Test, and a criminal and the Wisconsin Caregiver Law background checks. Previous experience working with developmentally disabled people very beneficial.
